Corporate Services for your Employees and Personal Assistant
Owners of companies can opt. to offer our corporate services and lifestyle services to their employees as part of their benefit package; both corporate services and lifestyle services are offered at a discount to employers, how much should be billed to the company/employer is tailor made to each individual employer. Our corporate services can also be used by your personal assistant so that all corporate services are outsourced to one place, saving time and money.
Our Virtual Assistant and Personal Assistant Services
We work with you as a cost-effective Virtual assistant. We source a large number if corporate services and all can be done over email or the phone. We are effectively a very cost-effective personal assistant. Our time sourcing services, quoting prices and organising your services for you is paid for under your annual membership fee and the budget you may have had to employee a full time personal assistant can now be used to pay for corporate services you may not have ever had time to use or money to pay for.
How Virtual Assistant Services Work
Corporate membership joining fee is a one off payment to join. All services are then paid for in addition to our time in sourcing quotations and organising the services.
You simply contact us send in your request by phone, email, service form or bbm; we then call our providers and get back to you with a quote, a time line and price. Once you are happy with the service offer we issue an instant invoice, you pay through PayPal and we get to work!

Where First Ladies is sending you a member of the team as a personal assistant or a subcontractor to meet you please note that all arrangements, invoicing, meeting appointments must be placed with First Ladies not with the personal assistant or subcontractor.
First Ladies use both First Ladies staff and a hand selected number of sub-contractors to carry out your every request. We will try to ensure there is no request we can't carry out and we promise to carry each and every request out in the shortest amount of time, using the most cost-effective but high quality methods. we promise that you will never find our services priced higher than if you went to the service provider alone
(Please note that although First Ladies is your point of call and that we accept payments on behalf of our contractors, at all times we are acting as an agent, therefore all contracts and liabilities are between the member and the contractor).
