We have carefully selected our partner personal trainers to ensure that we are able to cater for your every need. We also believe that functional movement is an important factor in learning to exercise the right way for your body and our trainers are highly qualified to ensure you do the best kind of exercise for you.

 

Pregnancy Training

If you are pregnant we bet you thought you didn’t have to worry about exercising, well, think again! Our trainers will help you know HOW, WHEN and WHAT to do for exercise while you are both prenatal and postnatal.

We have selected the best of London’s gyms to recommend. As well as the gyms we work with, we have a comprehensive list of all of London’s gyms.
