We have tried, tested and met every single one of our providers and as you look through the list you will realise that most of the names we work with need no introduction. What we also do is ensure that each provider recognizes you as a First Ladies member and offers you a special benefit; discount or value added that is only available to our members that book through us.

How it Works
Once you become a member you will create your membership login details; with those details you will be able to see the full range of services available and all the members benefits that go with them. You then call First Ladies and your personal concierge will then discuss and recommend providers for what your specific needs are. We then contact those providers for you, We will then let you know availability and book for you.
All payments are made directly to the provider, unless you have chosen to store your credit card with First Ladies, in which case we even pay for you.

Lifestyle Concierge Working Hours:
To be able to up-hold our promise to be your personal lifestyle concierge we have decided that quality comes before quantity and we therefore offer our dedicated services from 8am to 12am, 7 days a week.
First Ladies includes up-to 2 hours of time dedicated to your lifestyle service requests per day; beyond this allocation we will ask you to upgrade your membership or you will be charged at a rate of £20 an hour for additional time.
Bespoke memberships are available for overseas members. Please contact us to discuss.
